Hi, I'm both GRAPHIC ARTIST and a PROGRAMMER and my dream is to have my own Game Development team or be a part of one. My goal on finding a job is to gain experience to improve myself and at the same time, contribute to the company(where I am going to be hired) a lot of works and improvement if ever I can improve the company.

Open-mindedness is one of my strength. Considering other's opinion is one of my ability even I am assigned as the leader. Whenever I am assigned as a leader of a team, I don't treat my members as if I am their leader, instead, I treat them the same as me for them to feel free on sharing their ideas on me and my ideas to them without intimidating my subordinates. As much as possible, I don't want my teammates to see me as an arrogant leader. If I were to be credited, I'll make sure they are included.

I am also a jolly person and as much I possible, I make my work creatively and positively. Once I don't know something I seek for knowledge on how to do it. My only weakness are those things that I haven't learned yet.
